Our mission is to connect the world’s elite individuals with one another to allow them to extend their opportunities and meet like-minded individuals. Central to this mission is our commitment to be transparent about the data we collect about you, how it is used and with whom it is shared.
1. What Information Do We Collect?
In short, we collect personal information that you provide to us such as your name, address, contact information, payment information, business information and social media details. We do not share this information with any third parties. All reasonable practices are in place to ensure confidential storage and handling of personal information.
You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

Credentials. We collect credentials and authentications and account access that you use in order to access our services, sites and applications.
Payment Data. We may collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchase's, such as your payment instrument number. This information is stored by our payment processor and you should review their privacy policies, terms and conditions and contact the payment processor directly to respond to your questions. We do not have access to your credit card information; this is managed by our payment gateway providers. All credit/debit cards details and personally identifiable information will NOT be stored by us, nor sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties.
All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete and accurate and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore the Customers’ are encouraged to frequently visit these sections in order to be updated about the changes on the website. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
2. What Information Do We Automatically Collect?
In short, some information – such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics – is collected automatically when you visit out sites and apps.
We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the sites or apps. 3. What Information Do We Collect Through The App?
In short, we may collect information regarding your geo-location, mobile device, push notifications, when you use our apps.
If you use our apps we also collect the following information:
Geo-location information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or whilst you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so through your device’s settings.
Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device's SMS messages, reminders, microphone, camera, and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Data. We automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings
4.What Information Do We Collect Through Other Sources?
In short, we may collect limited data from public databases, marketing partners, social media platforms, and other outside sources.
We may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms (such as Instagram), as well as from other third parties. Examples of the information we receive from other sources include: social media profile information (your name, gender, birthday, email, current city, state and country, user identification numbers for your contacts, profile picture URL and any other information that you choose to make public); marketing leads and search results and links, including paid listings (such as sponsored links).

In short, we process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfilment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

8. What Is Our Stance On Third Party Sites?
In short, we are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?
In short, we keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 2 years past the termination of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
10. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?
In short, we aim to protect your personal information through a system of organisational and technical security measures.

11. Do We Collect Information From You If You're Under 21?
In short, we do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 21 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 21 years of age. As set out in our terms and conditions, those under 21 are not permitted to join The Meister’s Club and we would not knowingly allow any minor (under the age of 21) entry into our club, nor into our events.
By using the Sites or Apps, you represent that you are at least 21 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Sites or Apps. If we learn that personal information from users less than 21 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 13. Controls For Do-Not-Track Features
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

In short, yes, we will update this policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.
